Tracy Williams is a professional development coach who provides coaching to business professionals to develop and strengthen their business, interpersonal, and public communication skills. Tracy is a firm believer that communication is at the heart of every matter, and is dedicated to assisting others in improving their communication efficacy. She specializes in working with businesses and individuals to develop professional presentations and providing coaching to deliver them effectively to their respective audiences.
Tracy currently serves as the Assistant Director of the Center for Professional Communication (CPC) at TCU's Neeley School of Business. Her office focuses on developing and improving the communication effectiveness for more than 2000 undergraduate and MBA students. The CPC is a unique facility that provides a variety of services including: presentation coaching for case competitions, team development workshops, MBTI facilitation, 360° feedback development and debriefing, resume and interview coaching, conflict management, and other professional development workshops.
Tracy holds a Master of Science in Communication in Human Relations from Texas Christian University and is qualified to administer and/or facilitate the following: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), TKI Conflict Mode Instrument, Inscapes Personal Listening Profile, interviewing and job skills, and team dynamics.
